Psychic Life Reading – annual renewal of a local business tax receipt for a Palmistry/Fortune Teller license located at 4409 Stirling Rd., requested by Pinkey April Johnson on June 8, 2011 was denied due to code violations. Code violations are in compliance on August 4, 2011. The annual renewal of a local business tax request is re-submitted again seeking for commission approval.
